Pão de queijo or Brazilian cheese bread is a small, baked cheese roll or cheese bun, a popular snack and breakfast food in Brazil.
We like this little bread so much that we decided to make our own version to introduce it to the UK, which whilst not completely Portuguese we’re pretty sure no one will mind once they try how good they are!
