Part of our bread collection this is our “Pão com Azeitona”. We took our white bread dough and filled it with Portuguese olives before baking it in our oven.
A type of bread more seen in the countryside where the olive is queen ruler.
As with all of our bread and delicacies our olive bread is baked daily.
